What the client should know Our work is governed by federal, state and local laws including the FDIC Rules and Regulations codified in 12 C.F.R. 323 and 12 as well as the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989 (FIRREA), and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) of the Appraisal Foundation.
